"Every person's map of the world is as unique as their thumbprint. There are no two people alike. No two people who understand the same sentence the same way... So in dealing with people, you try not to fit them to your concept of what they should be."

-Milton Erickson

My Journey

Many Twist & Turns

I had a Master’s degree, providing me with a solid academic foundation to understand the complexities of the human mind and behavior.

As an EMDR Trauma Therapist as EMDR Asia and EMDR Pakistan by EMDR Asia and Europe Accredited Trainer, I specialize in helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences and reduce emotional distress through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

My certification as a Professional Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH-USA) allows me to incorporate the powerful technique of hypnotherapy into our therapeutic journey.

As a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, I’m trained in this transformative approach that explores the connections between language, thought patterns, and behavior.

I am also a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Therapist, equipped to assist individuals in managing emotions, regulating behavior, and enhancing interpersonal skills.

My certification as an Archetypal Journey Counselor allows me to help you explore the depths of your psyche, gain insight into your personal archetypal patterns, and uncover your unique path to self-discovery and purpose.
